Cuckoo Creative was engaged by Iveco, Australia’s leading manufacturer and distributer of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles for the Australian road transport industry, to bring their new brand identity to life through a communications campaign and the creation of an engaging and memorable Dealer Conference & Dinner.
As a lead up to the official launch, we created a teaser campaign targeting the Melbourne Headquarters, to build morale and a sense of excitement amongst staff. This included placing banners in the cafeteria and the staff car park, and a letter drop on car windshields to provoke interest and share with staff that something “big” was looming.
The “Can Do” branding and logo were launched simultaneously to Iveco’s 300 staff in Melbourne and 50 staff in Sydney. On the day of the launch Iveco Australia’s CEO addressed the staff and introduced a video presentation, officially announcing the company’s re-brand. Every staff member was given a pack holding a coffee mug, hat and stickers emblazoned with the new “Can Do” logo.
We then helped organise the Iveco Dealer Conference, at Crown Promenade and the Dealer Dinner. The event brought together Iveco representatives from across the country for an awards ceremony, recognising the hard work and past success of the Iveco team, and the launch of the new Iveco brand. Dinner and drinks at Zinc in Federation Square was the perfect way to celebrate the exciting new direction of the company. John Blackman was a hit as MC and Mick Molloy injected some of his trademark humour to entertain on the night.
